Corporate Head Shots

Corporate head shots and business portraits are a great way for a professional or business to present themselves and their staff in a manner that reflects their business or brand. They convey your professionalism and personality, your trustworthiness and warmth, and ultimately create a connection with your client, or a future employer.

You can choose your wardrobe and background setting to suit your business or profession, and I can capture your choice of traditional head and shoulders to full length shots. The tone conveyed can be anything from serious and formal to casual and light-hearted, depending on what message you want to send. In fact, why not take the opportunity to capture a range of moods that you can use in different contexts? Or I can even create something totally different for you with my light-painting techniques. Corporate Head Shots‍ ‍

$250 shoot fee*

+ $150 for 1 person

+ $250 for 2-3 people

+ $350 for 4-5 people

+ Custom quotes for groups of 6+

+ Custom quotes for light-painted portraits

*the shoot fee doubles as a reservation fee, payable before the shoot to confirm the booking.

If booked participants do not attend the shoot, the fee will be charged for however many were booked for. If extra people attend the booked shoot, the fee will be charged for however many are in attendance. Rescheduling for those who did not attend will be treated as a separate shoot.

Charity workers and Volunteers

Special packages are available to charitable and volunteer-based organisations who may not ordinarily have room in their budget for professional head shots. I understand these organisations have just as much need to present themselves professionally, to enable them to gain sponsorships and donations, attract more volunteers and conduct their important work.

All Corporate Head Shot Packages include:

Pre-shoot consultation to ensure everyone will look their best and be represented how you envision.
Edited jpeg photo files suitable for print and digital use.
For groups 6+, allow 5 minutes per person to capture individual photos (e.g. different poses and facial expressions).
Allow 15 minutes to capture group photos (e.g. different combinations of people).
Your choice of one location:
- Indoors - showing your environment e.g. office, professional room, workshop.
- Indoors - portable backdrop (any colour) or plain background at your workplace.
- Outdoors - outdoor workplace or scenic location such as a park or waterfront.
Please note, light-painted portraits are not included in the regular head shot package as they require an extended shoot time in a dark location. Please contact me for a quote if you’re interested in light-painted portraits.
